String Theory X Custom Cages - GR Yaris Half Cage - Black

Designed and Manufactured in the UK in Collaboration with Custom Cages.

The String Theory Half Cage is the Perfect Bolt in, Clubsport Spec Roll Cage. Offering the maximum protection available to a half cage in the event of an impact. 

Using 3D scanning technology to provide a super tight fit without requiring modifications to the interior for clean install and removal. 

Safely allowing Harness fitment using the rear bar. 

Lower brackets bolt into the original seatbelt mounting position, seatbelt then mounts to the new mounting position. 

Coming in at just under 25kg including all bolts and brackets. 

Supplied in Satin Black as Standard, Custom Colours can be supplied at additional cost. 

Made from CDS (Cold Drawn Seamless).

Custom Cages uses a CDS of a much higher specification. Originally designated CFS5, but nowadays called E355. When produced with the required heat-treatment this has excellent properties for basic roll cages.

Properties:

• Tensile Strength – minimum 510 MPa.
• Yield Strength – minimum 370 MPa.
• Elongation – minimum 25%.
