Akrapovic BMW M140i (F20/F21) OPF Titanium Exhaust

Akrapovic Slip-On line titanium exhaust system for BMW M140i. The Slip-On line Titanium back box with Carbon Fibre exhaust tips saves almost 5kg compared to the OEM back box. Fitted with a dual-mode ECU-controlled valve, the tone of this system changes from a smooth, rich sound when cruising to an aggressive note when pushing on. Also featuring the Akrapovic acoustic reflector which can be set up manually during installation to reflect more or less sound towards the cabin, depending on on the owner's preference.

Akrapovic have measured the Slip-On line back box as delivering an extra 9bhp at 4900RPM and 16Nm of torque at 3800rpm.

Fitment notes:

- Slip-On Line backbox does fit X drive cars

- Slip-On Line backbox can be used with BMW tow bar

- Slip-On Line backbox does not fit cars fitted with M Performance rear diffuser

Optional additional exhaust sections are the Evolution Link Pipe and Downpipe.

The stainless steel Evolution Link Pipe replaces the centre section of the exhaust, reducing weight, and when fitted in combination with the Slip-On line backbox.

The stainless steel downpipe can be used in conjunction with the Evolution Link Pipe and Slip-On line backbox, and is fitted with a sport catalytic converter.

With the Slip-On line, Evolution Link Pipe and Downpipe fitted, Akrapovic have measured increases of 23bhp at 4450RPM and 37Nm at 4300rpm.

The optional Akrapovic Sound Kit allows the driver to manually control the opening of the exhaust valves via a remote or smartphone app, and can be selected with the Slip-On Line backbox. This only gives the option to manually open the valves.
