Order processing time

For UK orders, whilst most items are kept in stock at String Theory Garage in the UK, the processing time can be dependant on product availability. Additionally, some items listed in our store are held by the supplier and as such processsing time for the order may be dependant on the supplier's stock levels. For these items you should contact us asap to find out accurate lead times. Processing times over public holidays are likely to be delayed, and whilst we do our best to meet delivery guidelines these cannot be guaranteed.

For international orders, delivery will be calculated on a case-by-case basis and you should get in touch with us via email / phone before order so we can provide a quote for a suitable delivery method.

Damaged goods

String Theory Garage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery, however we will assist you in your claim with the courier as much as possible. Please inform us if this has happened, and ensure any packaging materials, documentation and damaged good are held so a claim can be filed.

 

Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees

For any products shippped outside of the UK (Including Northern Ireland), String Theory Garage is not reponsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees applicable to the products, whether received during or after delivery. These must be paid by the customer.
 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service to our customers, and are committed to ensuring you have a good experience shopping with us. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods and let us know what the issue is, and how we can help.

For products that have not been installed, used and are as-new, we will provide a full refund up to 30 days after you have received the goods, only once we have received the returned items and are satisfied they are in as-new condition.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the products to String Theory Garage and ensuring this is done so using a fully-insured courier service, covering the products for their full sale value. Any loss or damage to the products when they are in transit from the customer back to String Theory Garage is wholly the customer's responsibility.
